How can I pay for my order?
You may pay for your order with any of the following payment methods: VISA, Mastercard, Discover, Paypal, Money Order, personal or business checks. Checks can be made payable to 410 Degrees.

How are they packaged?
All of your cookies arrive in our signature boxes tied with a green ribbon. In order to ensure freshness, your cookies are package only hours after they come out of the oven. Cookies come bagged in pairs, and are nestled in a soft bed of crinkle paper to protect them during traveling.

How are my cookie shipped, and when can I expect them?
In order to deliver you the freshest cookies possible, we ship your order using the USPS Priority Shipping methods. We are able to ship up to 5 dozen cookies using USPS. For orders lager than 5 dozen shipping methods will be arranged. It typically takes 2-3 business days for you to receive your cookies.

How fresh are your cookies?
Our cookies are packaged within hours of coming out of the oven, and will always ship within 24 hours of baking. We take pride in creating only the freshest and highest quality cookies for our customers, and that is why each dough and cookie is created to order. We do not prepare our dough or cookies ahead of time.

How long will your cookies last?
In the pursuit of creating the most delicious and decadent cookies you have ever tasted, we have not cut any corners. Therefore, we do not use preservatives of any kind in our recipes, and we only baking using the highest quality of ingredients. You can expect your cookies to taste fresh out of the oven for up to 10 days if kept in their packaging. To extend the freshness, you can freeze our cookies.  Keep them frozen in a freezer or other ziplock bag for up to three months. Thaw at room temperature or use the defrost setting in the microwave and it will taste as fresh as the day you froze it.

Cookie of the Month Club?  Sounds delicious, what is it?
This is a great treat for you or any cookie lover you know. At the beginning of every month you will receive a dozen cookies of that month’s unique flavor.  The Cookie of the Month will feature one of our newest inspirations or a customer’s custom creation that wowed us. Who knows, maybe we will use your cookie as next months featured creation! You may purchase anywhere from 2-12 months at a time.  One order can get you fresh cookies all year!  If two dozen are ordered they will be different varieties each dozen.  $31 per month for 1 dozen, $48 per month for 2 dozen.  Minimum two months of membership.  Shipping IS INCLUDED in this cost.

These taste so good!  What are your cookies made with?
We take pride in using only the highest quality ingredients in every 410° cookie.  That is why we DO NOT use hydrogenated oils (no trans fats) or preservatives in any of our cookies. We only use unbleached and unbromated flour, dried fruits (free of sulfur dioxide), pure chocolate, real butter, natural and organic peanut butter, dutch aluminum-free baking powder, dutch processed cocoa powders, and pure extracts.
The following is an ingredient list of our Ultimate Chocolate Chip. All of our other dough recipes vary slightly from this base. Flour (unbleached wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, ferrous sulfate), semisweet chocolate chips, unsalted butter, light brown sugar, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, salt, baking powder, baking soda. These cookies may contain traces of nuts, peanuts or tree nuts.

How big are the cookies?
Each dozen cookies are 1.5 – 2 pounds.

Will I get less cookie if I choose fewer mix-ins?
Each dozen of cookies contains the same ratio of dough and mix-ins to ensure each tasty bite has a bit of both. So if you only choose one mix-in there will just be an abundance of your choice in your cookie.

Why do you choose the cookies for the Ultimate Box?
The variety box is offered for those adventurers looking for the ultimate cookie experience. We combine some of our most popular cookies on the menu and add to them a few new and unique creations. The result is a variety box that will please and surprise any cookie lover’s taste buds.

Do you guarantee that your Gluten Free Cookies have no trace of wheat?
All gluten free cookies, like all of our other cookies at 410°, are prepped and baked in an immaculate commercial kitchen where cleanliness and sanitation is a top priority.  We cannot guarantee that there are no trace amounts of wheat, gluten, or nuts our gluten free cookies because all of our products are prepared and baked in the same kitchen and in the same equipment.  However, all utensils and machinery are cleaned thoroughly between each batch, and gluten free ingredients and dough are stored and packaged away from our regular cookies. We make every effort possible to ensure our cookies are safe for our gluten free customers, and if you have any further questions regarding your order please do not hesitate to contact us.

How safe is ordering online?
It is 100% safe. We use a secure server and guarantee you will not experience any problems by ordering online with us!  ALL BILLING INFORMATION IS DELETED FROM OUR SYSTEM AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED.  If you are still unsure, we will gladly accept a Money Order for your purchase.  Please email us at info@410degrees.com and we will be happy to assist you with your mail order.

What if I am not satisfied with my product?
Our primary goal is to deliver you the ultimate cookie experience, and we 100% guarantee your satisfaction.  If you are unhappy with any part of your 410° order, PLEASE e-mail us directly at either: derek@410degrees.com or adam@410degrees.com. If we are unable to solve the problem to your satisfaction we will provide you with a full refund of your cookie purchase.
